Dr. Anita Yadav is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law (Stage II) at Campus Law Centre (CLC), University of Delhi. She has completed her LL.M. and Ph.D. from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore. Prior to joining CLC, she has worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Christ University, Bangalore and Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Puducherry. In her previous institution (NLSIU) she was associated with Hon’ble Mr. Justice S Rajendra Babu (Former Chief Justice of India) to teach LL.M. students.
She has an excellent academic track record and has won various awards and scholarships over the course of her academic life. Recently she has received scholarship to attend and present her paper in 80th International Law Association, Biennial Conference at Lisbon, Portugal in 2022. In 2018 she received United Nations Asia & Pacific Regional course International Law fellowship. She was an Erasmus Mundus visiting research scholar at Georg-August University of Göttingen, Germany (2015-2016) and also a visiting fellow at the United Nations Human Rights Committee, 116th Session, Geneva. She has been awarded The Hague Academy of International Law scholarship, Netherland in the year 2016 and the Junior Research Fellowship in Human Rights and Duties from University Grants Commission, New Delhi. She has edited two books as assistant editor and published various research papers nationally and internationally. She has invited as Resource Person and Chaired paper presentation in various national and international seminar and has also represented the delegation of France in the Model United Nations held at The Hague Academy, Netherlands on the agenda “keep space for peace” in 2016.
