Dr. Harleen Kaur is an Assistant Professor of Law at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She holds an LL.B. and LL.M Degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is also a recipient of a Gold Medal in LL.B. She has qualified UGC-NET. She has a Ph.D. in law from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University and her doctoral thesis deals with “Rights of the Surrogate Child with Special Reference to “The Commissions For Protection Of Child Rights Act, 2005”. She joined the Campus Law Centre in the year 2009 and is teaching Criminal Law, Property Law and Jurisprudence-I (Legal Method). She has many articles on diverse legal issues to her credit published in Law Journals of National repute and has participated and presented papers in National and International Conferences and Seminars along with a book review to her credit. Before joining CLC, she worked as a lecturer in law with the Ideal Institute of Management and Technology and School of Law affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi for one year. With an experience of twelve years in teaching her areas of interest are Criminal Law(IPC and CRPC), Property Law and Human Rights.
