Dr. Silky Mukherjee is working as Assistant Professor at Campus Law Centre since March, 2018. Previously he has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad since 2012 and also headed the Centre for IPR and IP Clinic at the Institute of Law. She was the Editor of Journal of IPR which is published annually by the Centre for IPR.
She holds LL.M and PhD from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. She was awarded Gold Medal for securing highest marks in IPR in her LLM programme at GNLU. She has several publications to her credit in reputed International & National Journals on different aspects of Competition Law, Constitutional Law, Arbitration and IPR. Her current areas of interest includes Constitutional Law, Competition Law and IPR.
